Spring Cleaning Tips
It's that time of year again! Time to get your house looking like brand new! Did you know that a clean exterior can prolong the life span of your home? It also makes your home more appealing to buyers!
You should start with your windows! Pick a cloudy day to clean the exterior windows so your cleaning solution does not dry while cleaning them. The best and most economical solution you can use is a mixture of vinegar and water. This solution will not only clean your windows but it will give it extra shine!
Your siding should also be cleaned! The best way to do this is using a power washer. You can always rent one or get a professional to come and do it for you. Before you begin to power wash the siding, inspect it for any cracks or holes and have those repaired.
Lastly, tackle those gutters! Try to clear them of debris every 6 months. Gutters have a purpose and if they are full of leaves, it will not serve it's purpose!
